Orders received before Noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Our delivery partners include names like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.\u00a0 Though no orders are delivered on Sundays we make sure that you receive your orders at the earliest.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">Domestic Shipping in India<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work with Bluedart and DHL. We use Fedex India, or EMS for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA). Usually, all our domestic orders are received by our customers within a 5 working day period.<\/p><p>&#8211; FREE Shipping is applicable for all orders within India.<\/p><p>&#8211; Only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders an extra charge of Rs. 45 is applicable.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">International Shipping<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL, FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide.\u00a0Express service (DHL\/FedEx) takes up to 10 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 15 working days for delivery and Air Mail takes up to 20 days for delivery.<\/p><p>We charge shipping\u00a0costs as per actuals. We will reach out over email and phone call to confirm the final price difference (if any) for the shipment. Prices may vary based on the country and on volumetric weight.<\/p><p>The above prices will be further confirmed over emails\/calls post\u00a0discussions with our\u00a0Shipping Partners.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">Specific Cases to Note<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>It has been notified that\u00a0the Customs Department in some countries &#8211; Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Isreal and Germany\u00a0have begun charging an additional amount (around 5% extra) as a Custom Clearance fee. We at Asian Herbs work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer. However, this is not the case with other countries across the globe.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">Damage and Issues<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.\u00a0To start a return, you can contact us at <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">support@asianherbs.co.in<\/span>. If your return is accepted, we\u2019ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">Exceptions \/ non-returnable Items<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>Certain types of items including our teabags, tea pouches, loose tea, herbs, spices and herbal tisanes cannot be returned,\u00a0because they are\u00a0perishable goods. We also don&#8217;t accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.\u00a0Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"page_content__block page_content__text\"><h2 class=\"block_title\">Exchanges\u00a0and Refunds<\/h2><div class=\"block_content rte\"><p>The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case of refunds, we will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
