Recommended Daily Dose

Consuming 2 grams of 1 tea bag a day (200-300 ml, after meal) of Asian Herbs tea. Consistency is key, so please don’t skip days. Mixing with other brands is not advisable. Slimming tea is usually preferred without milk and sugar. Preferred time to drink the tea is after any of the meals.

Instruction – How to make

  • TIMING – You need to drink 1 tea bag or 2 grams of on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don’t skip tea cups, however in case you miss it then it’s better to take it delayed rather than skipping it.
  • PREPARATION OF LOOSE TEA – For preparing 1 cup, take 1 spoon (2 gram) of leaves in 1 cup (in 200 ml) of boiled water (at 95˚C). Please don’t boil the leaves directly on the fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Strain the tea leaves and enjoy the cup.
  • DURATION – Every individual is different and everybody has a different set of health matrices. It is very difficult to predict a perfect timeline for the use of the Tea, however, we have seen most individuals achieve their desired body within two-three months’ of constant use. Do take a picture of your body at the start of the tea and repeat the picture every month of taking the tea to gauge the effectiveness and then you can continue till your goal is achieved.
  • SPECIAL NOTES – Avoid using milk or sugar with this tea. Milk will bring down the effectiveness and sugar is bad for health. You can add honey, lime or jaggery. Being a herbal tea temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the tea. You can drink it hot or cold, however, the infusion of the leaves will happen best in boiled water.
